tERMS & CONDITIONS

1 - Clients and responsibilities

Clients include - builders, contractors or any third parties acting on behalf of the client are responsible for any decisions, reschedules, payments, deposits, work conditions and site access. Clients will held responsible for any decisions or variations made before or during the task at hand.

2 - Deposits

All Benchtop Repairs ( director or employees ) has the right to request a deposit or progress payment from clients when seen fit. Clients are as follow - builders, contractors or any third parties acting on behalf of the client. All cancellations made within 12 hours are non refundable. This will cover administration, rescheduling and lose of income on the day of cancellations.

3 - On site / workplace ( safety standards )

All Benchtop Repairs have the right to enter all properties / sites on the day and time organized with all clients or third parties. We do prefer to have the client on site when entering or exiting a site ( workplace ). In the case of a client not being on site we will only enter with the clients permission and they will be responsible in giving All Benchtop Repairs alternative access to the property / site. All benchtop Repairs has the right to refuse the start of a contract on site if the site is not to a satisfactory safety standard. Clients have responsibility in providing safe work environment to All Benchtop Repairs to avoid injury or discomfort that may be caused in unsatisfactory working conditions.

4 - Payments

All Benchtop Repairs require a COD ( cash on delivery ) payment once all tasks / contracts have been completed , unless All Benchtops Repairs have stated otherwise in writing on the clients quote or invoice. Accounts can be arranged with All Benchtop Repairs permission and once the correct documentation has been approved . All Benchtops Repairs require proof of payment before leaving the site / workplace. All contracts and tasks that are not payed for will give All Benchtop Repairs the rights to remove any materials used on that particular work site.

5 - Work / Repair Standards

All Benchtop Repairs are a repair company. We do not at any time provide a surface that guarantees like new finishes. All Benchtop Repairs provide a service that improves stone surfaces and products. We do not state that our repairs will be unnoticeable, invisible, perfect or like new.

6- Sealing 20 year warranty

Clients must follow the terms & condition and guide lines given to you by Lithofin & All Benchtop Repairs. All Benchtop Repairs recommends that all clients have there sealing inspected 3 - 5 years after first application. All liquids, foods or chemicals are to be taken off the stone product as soon as possible. Sealing of stone products will not stop, protect, or prevent scratches, chips, and acidic foods & liquid spills. Sealing gives the client a larger window to help permanent staining. In some cases sealing will not fully protect your stone products for certain liquids & foods. The 20 year warranty is not a guarantee.

7- Trade warranty

All Benchtop Repairs offers a 12 month warranty on all repairs. If the repair becomes faulty within the 12 month period All Benchtop Repairs will rectify the problem free of charge. The free of charge repair will be carried out at a time and date that suits All Benchtop Repairs. All Benchtop Repairs has the right to reject a claim if the repair has been miss treated or has been damaged by the client.

8- All Benchtop Repairs duty of care & responsibilities

All Benchtop Repairs pride ourselves on being a trust worthy company. We do no take any responsibility or ownership of any items or products around or near the product being worked on. At no time does All Benchtop Repairs take ownership of items being rectified. Any items that All Benchtop Repairs work on is a repair or rectification of a faulty product or surface. This item will not be returned to new or perfect condition. Any defects that have been rectified by All Benchtop Repairs are not advertise as invisible.
